Introducing Sheet Metal to your HVAC Program

Bob Feathers

This presentation will allow the instructor and school to give their students an understanding of the terminology, tools, and processes applied in HVAC ductwork applications.

Most programs do not have the lab space, in some cases the expertise, nor the budget to implement a full program on ductwork components or working with the sheet metal used in field installations. We will share a few simple lab projects to gain an understanding of how to use the tools safely and understand how to work with rectangular and round duct applications. We will also share our experience of completing an apprenticeship and applying this most important aspect of our trade.

This is a live session held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM.
