This presentation addresses the unique (not generational) differences in learners and explores the common myths of Millennials and Gen XYZ's traits. Knowing these traits and how to modify your training delivery techniques can help improve the overall effectiveness of the lessons you present. The presentation also examines how educators can morph these myths to understand and relate to all learners more effectively.
