Basic Rigging Awareness

Understanding the rigging process is a critical skill that those working in the building trades should possess. This basic rigging course provides trainees with accurate, easy to understand instruction on the fundamentals of rigging.

Using narrated animations, trainees are introduced to a wide range of rigging components, application, and associated terminology. 3D models of components and tools provide trainees with a valuable way to clearly visualize rigging components and their use.

As part of this course, trainees complete several Knowledge Checks to validate their training and identify subject areas where additional review/training are recommended.

Important Note: This is a basic awareness course intended for general knowledge of rigging and is not meant as certification for any type of rigging maintenance or operation.
